Somebody help me out here.....
How is it possible to state the the storm response effort was botched, incompetent, slow, inexcusable, uncoordinated, screwed up and not attach responsibility, blame and point fingers? That's just the way it is? Agencies don't have directors and people are not in charge? WTF?

1. When republicans screw up..
it wasn't their fault. Unforseen circumstances arose that were beyond their control.

When dems or libs screw up, they are incompetent and have no excuse.

to be loyal to Bush above all else. That's why they were appointed. That's what they're paid for, and that's what they'll be promoted and given medals for.

5. How can you mention an agency...FEMA ...
Homeland Security as being primary screw ups and dare not ask who is in charge? Oh, that doesn't matter. Republicans will never accept blame or name names...unless it's Clinton.
