What about setting up a Hab for Humanity trust for rebuilding NO?

What about setting up a Hab for Humanity trust for rebuilding NO?
Barbara Boxer recommended contributing to Habitat for Humanity but I think it would be great to take that a step further and put funds into a trust that will help NO's displaced rebuild their own homes with their neighbors and families.

Does anybody know how to set something like this up? Does anybody have any suggestions?

3. yes, they want to rebuild and I say let's help them!
They have a plan for rebuilding low income housing on a large scale and better than before in single family units. I for one am IN.

5. a couple of threads about HfH have passed thru
over the last few days. Some were about building structural components that would be shipped into the state and put together on site which will work since you may have a hard time getting together enough local vols. to do the whole process.

I'm contacting my local county and another about working with this idea. It's feasible.
