I want to know

why no one is "blameing" Governor Haley Barbour and Biloxi Mayor AJ Holloway, Biloxi was just as poorly handled...aren't they included in the State and Local level? Are they throwing them to the wolves?

..that poor Mississippians are PISSED. They just don't have access to the media to make their point. Therefore, Fathead Barbour is never put on the defensive. (That and the good-old-boy factor.)

Possibility 1. Haley Barbour is lying and everything is just as F!@#ed up in Mississippi as LA. Haley Barbour seems to be the ONLY person talking in Mississippi so maybe they have very tight control of the media and the image there. But, rest assured, the people of Mississippi know exactly how much aid and succor they got or didn't get.

Possibility #2.If Haley Barbour got a more, or better or expedited version of FEMA services as compared to LA, then we would all have to ask WHY? If Republican governors get more life-saving services than Dem governors, than I think that is a crime on the face of it - to put political considerations above the lives and well-being of the American citizen.
