3. Do they say how he died?
I've seen another angle of that picture and it looks like he died by less than natural means.

14. Kicking, hoping someone has a contact, or other way to get help...
especially since this photo disappeared quickly from CNN's website.

7. this right here is why people
will not leave their pets! We humans know our pets wouldn't leave us behind or let us down, it's a love that's unconditional!

10. a friend of mine died in a car accident a few years ago, and
his dog was in the truck. it rolled off a cliff into the gorge. the dog got thrown out, then laid on the body. he would not let anyone near jerry. the dog catcher finally somehow got him into the truck and took him to the pound. but it was a full day! meanwhile, jerry's tools were being stolen out of the back of the truck. 'take the tools, but not my owner!' very sad.

13. That reminds me of call my husband
worked years ago. A man was shot while sitting at a bar. It seemed that his man always brought in his Chihuahua dog. The dog was sitting in his lap and keeping EMS and the sheriffs office away. He was doing a good job too. The man was dead and their wasn't anything they could do but they had to call out animal control to contain the pup. He loved his master also. It touched everyone who went to the call.
