People, they are trying to change the subject to
9/11 and terror. As a topic of discussion, Brownie wouldn't go away so they fire him. Now there's this set up to ratchet down body count. The survivors are being hustled out as fast as they can under less than honorable circumstances. 9/11 and terror will boost the evil jerk's numbers, they think.

Don't let them get by with this! Justice for NO!!

2. Given the Administration's performance it appears they couldn't protect us
from a really PO'ed girl scout troop. Hardly a confidence builder.

And a lot of "mainstream America" got that message seeing how Bushco perform in a predicted and forecast emergency that they had run exercises on just last summer (Hurricane Pam).

4. They're trying to make it appear that everybody's safer for the 9/11 party

This is my opinion

It's coming up fast people! Just this Sunday! And man o' man! Has this administration have a show for you! Talk about country musicians... I see Clint Black is headlining! Damn oh damn! This administration has to make everybody feel that they NEED their government....
Here's what they mean TO SAY :That's why we thought the NEED for the Iraq War was necessary! Hell! When New Orleans got flooded we all just thought that you all Americans would understand that just some underprivileged Niggers got drowned! You should all come and root for us all supporting the Iraq war! If you don't, well then you're un-american and probably brown skined. Now, I want every one of you to rally around our corporation and help rebuild New Orleans in the interest of BIG GAS and BIG OIL and BIG BUSINESS! Everyone else can get the Hell out!

5. It won't work, neither the shuffling off of Brown or the old, tired mantra
9/11, terra-ists, 9/11, terra-ists. The horror that Americans saw in NO is imprinted on their minds and with it, the understanding that they are less safe, not more safe now compared to four years ago.
