Chertoff: we must "expect other disasters, natural and man-made"
He said this TWICE, once early on, and then again in reponse to the first reporter's question. Then he refused to comment about Brown padding his resume.

And oh, did anyone else notice how he looked at the audience pointedly as he said he "as I'm sure everybody here" appreciates the job Brown has been doing? My God.

7. You know what would be nice, to go along with this line of thought?
Maybe to have a president who will actually set money aside for disasters that we expect, and won't waste it all on a pointless war and tax cuts for the richest Americans.
