HELP Gov. Blanco's LOUISIANA DISASTER RECOVERY FUND

Bush is pushing everyone to give to the Red Cross and Salvation Army, which is fine BUT Governor Blanco of Lousiana has a special Hurricane Katrina relief fund that is not getting enough exposure!

It was founded by Governor Blanco herself, to protect the state's independence from the feds!

3. I think I'll organize a musical benefit for these guys!

I've been doing the homework to set up a Katrina benefit using musicians in my local area. The Red Cross hasn't even been in New Orleans since the hurricane. They are operating under FEMA's thumb in FEMA's refugee camps. They are clearly not the best organization to give to for this disaster.
