1. Story on NPR said they had them come in for the $2000 card/check
They stood in line for 6 hours, were not given the money, were told they were given appointments for the next day, came back the next day, FEMA had brought in a completely new staff who didn't know anything about the "appointments" from the previous day, spent more hours off to the side hoping to be worked in, left again without getting any money...

What the hell? I've see garage sales that were more orderly than this!!
