11. Good!
Anderson has been doing very well with all of this. I just wish he did this well with Iraq. *sigh* Maybe then we wouldn't have lost so many.

6. Hope other newsmedia also get restraining orders.
If CNN is the only one allowed in, perhaps its better than none.

Even the courts realize this needs to be documented.

I can only hope it can be used in the sentencing portion of this cabal's trials.

Lou Dobbs announced on his show at 6PM EST that CNN had Filed For a restraining order.

I hope they get it, but this seems a bit too fast to have an answer.

Let's give the verbs a rest, that's what I say.

It seems that this:

Has come to pass.

If you caught Brian Williams on TDS last night, you know that the reporters on the ground know the Feds are full of crap this time. They lived it and they saw the failures firsthand.

This time, it's personal. :)

25. From Anderson's transcript (Link within)
"This final note: Breaking news. CNN has obtained a restraining order to allow access to the search and recovery of the dead from Hurricane Katrina. CNN filed suit in federal court, arguing that an announcement by FEMA and New Orleans city officials that reporters would be barred from covering the body recovery effort was unconstitutional, in violation of the First Amendment."

It is the last paragraph on the page of tonights show...

Too bad they can't have that independence in Afganistan and Iraq. But, heck, at least it still has some protection here.

Good on CNN!!! :bounce:

Next move for CNN? Getting a court order to take pics of the coffins coming home. Not the bodies, but just the coffins.

Gee, I wonder how much longer Bushco can continue to cover-up the REAL number of dead US soldiers once that happens?
