Was William Rehnquist murdered?
Hey, I mean he was only about a hundred years old or so.

OK I am bored. Sorry. Think I will go to bed now and get some sleep.

14. I thought only congress could bring charges
against God almighty and it required a super majority with ratification by two thirds of the fundamentalist Christians in georgia. (At least that is what I learned at Bob Jones University (unaccredited) Law School.)

10. No
But I have read that both he & O'Conner had come to regret
putting * into power. I guess seeing chimpy up close will
do that.

BTW In the 1960s he got blacks removed from registering to vote .....

When, asked about it in the 1980s he said he could not remember
wither he did or did not do that.

18. Awesome Alan Dershowitz article about Rehquist..
Speaking of William Rehnquist, did anyone else read the wonderful piece written by Professor Alan Dershowitz for Huffington Post?

He was great.

He basically said that despite all of the pomp and circumstance from the funeral this week, that we still have to tell the truth about what kind of man Rehnquist was!

Here's the actual article: http://news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/huffpost/20050905/cm_huffpost/006844_200509050016

And here's how I'm covering it on my blog: http://progressiveminds.bloghi.com/2005/09/08/today-s-required-reading.html
