Operation 'Hide and Protect the President' isn't going too well.
who asked brownie to move on from FEMA? it wasn't bush, it was probably cheney, but the main reason it happened was to deflect blame from bush and to hide him from we the people, more of whom are coming to the uncomfortable conclusion that bush is as useless as tits on a boar hog.

how are they going to hide bush and protect him from we the people for over three more horrific to think about years?

I don't think it will be three years.

3. Maybe, but...
... how long do you really think that will last? I think it's a day late and a dollar short, as the saying goes. I don't mean to be a Negative Nellie, but I'm sad to say, as the weeks go by, that a few will start to jump back off the bandwagon and maybe even feel sorry for him or get bored with it and ease up.

What I'm truly hoping to soon see are headlines and in depth articles reporting the truth, finally, and the start of impeachment procedures and hearings.

Hey, it doesn't hurt to dream... right?

5. I don't know, vard28, it really seems different this time.
For 5 1/2 years, the media walked in lockstep with this administration. I believe that this is what insulated this cabal for so long.

Journalists are reporting again. The RW can call it bias, but they're just reporting what they see on the ground. The RW hates it because, unlike 9/11, they cannot capitalize on this disaster. Instead, their incompetence and dirty tricks are being exposed.

Fingers crossed!
:)

BTW, Welcome to DU!

6. I think the media has already gone back...
With a few small exceptions here and there, the media is back to it's old tricks.

7. The only plan they have is to blame "other" people.
Other than that, what else can they do to hide him? We're going to see more scapegoating than ever in order to "protect him".
