Roy of Zeigfried and Roy attacked by tiger
He's in the hospital in critical condition.

Just reported on Fox (I tuned in to see Amb. Wilson).

Think they will destroy this animal?

I hope not.

2. They won't kill it.
They have it quarentined. They love those tigers. They won't
kill it. They just won't use it again this way. This is one
of those things were you knew the odds, you take the chances.
This animal wasn't up to it that night and they miscalculated
in not seeing its signals. The animal is not to blame. This
isn't a dog. Its a rare beast and they love them too much to
hurt them. I doubt that Nevada will require its extermination
either.

Very sad day all around.

4. While I'm not sure Iike what they are doing to these animals...
I do think Z&R truly love and respect them. I would be extremely shocked if they agreed to have this animal destroyed.

I hope that Roy recovers.... I wish the tiger a long healthy life on a game preserve if at all possible.
