For an expert's take on the Arnold debacle...

My husband is the Guide for this site. Needless to say, he's a democrat, but in his professional capacity as a women's advocate, he says there's clear criminal conduct in Arnold's behavior.

From the perspective of the Minnesota criminal code, the charges against Schwarzenegger are credible and serious. Not only should they keep him out of the governor's office; they could land him in jail.

If Ahnold has been so abusive and it rises to criminal or even civil in nature, can't the State investigate his being worthy of a parent? I now double this with seeing Maria recently...there's something really strange about that family.

I'm not certain how California handles such things.
