1. It would be sad.

I don't want to say one way or the other about what
they have between them but for the bigger issue, this
country has to get its act together and give equal
rights to everyone. No one, no matter their relationship,
needs to be denied access to their loved one. Interesting
thing, this.

10. I think that it's only a matter of time before

something like that does, indeed, happen, and it makes the issue real for most people and galvanizes them into action. That's usually how most social changes occur, after all.
