The VRWC has been insisting Bush never said the war was over on Abraham Lincoln and that the banner was put up by the Captain of the aircraft carrier. While technically true, we all know what they intended with the speech he gave. There's no other interpretation that flies. Why haven't the few liberals and Dems who manage a little air time point out this outrageous spin? It's so obvious to anyone with more than half their brain cells functioning.
