Nagging question about California Recall...
If Arnold is elected on Tuesday, can he be recalled as well? Does this all end somewhere? And why do Republicans do things like this, knowing that once they set a precedent or make a new law, Democrats will be able to do the same thing later on?

1. yes
he can be recalled and from what at least one DUer has stated, it's in the works. I'm assuming they have their signatures? and the minute Arnold is Governor, they will file. It needs to be done before the Repukes can figure a way to get the law off the books. The California voters will have LEGITMATE reasons for recalling Arnold. Sexual Harrasment, Hitler lover and connection to ENRON. This is s Pandora's Box opened by the Repukes and will not be closed for a long long time. Look at the millions and millions of dollars wasted on this!
