CNN/Wolf Was to Talking To Bustamante when guess what?
They 'lost' the satellite feed. Gee, this only seems to happen to Dems. They always work when talking to a republican

I went ballistic. No f-ing shit. It was the most obvious censorship. The producers and Wolf didn't miss one beat.. like it was planned.

10. The energy conspiracy and censorship

How much censorship does 9 billion dollars buy. There is also a claim for punitive damages.

Lieutenant Governor Cruz Bustamante
Files Lawsuit Against Natural Gas Generators
On Behalf Of California Taxpayers

<The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on November 20, 2002, was brought by Bustamante as a private citizen on behalf of California taxpayers. The lawsuit names
the McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc., and 38 natural gas traders and generators and their subsidiaries, including Reliant Energy Inc., Mirant California, Duke Energy, Dynegy, Sempra and the El Paso Corporation.

The 18-page complaint alleges criminal conduct on the part of the generators for falsely reporting the cost and volume of natural gas to publications that maintain the natural gas price indexes, which help determine how much money millions of Californians will pay for electricity. The complaint further alleges the publishers of Gas Daily and Inside FERC Gas Market Reports conspired with the generators and traders to knowingly report false information and failed to verify information given to them by the market participants named as defendants. The two industry journals are published by Platts, a division of the McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc.>

Arnold and his supporters who no doubt have stocks and bonds in these companies will settle these suits for a dollar.

16. wooooooo-hoooooooooo!
art sure is whooping butt! david dreier has sold out to get the electable elected - no matter his history. now he's trying to act as if some of the women who are alleging they were groped by arnold are democratic operatives associated with davis. art torres is not backing down about anyth9ng - not even the hitler comments.

i wish they would show excerpts from "pumping iron". i saw it on tv many years ago. arnold was so arrogant. it's hard to like him after seeing the film. he was so full of himself. even without the allegations of being a sexual predator, that film alone would turn people off to arnold.

17. DREIER Does the Have-It-Both-Ways Wingnut Thing
First he casts aspersions on the "timing" of the women's allegations. Then, about the Nazi allegations, there is now a late "timing" story about Ahhhnuld's having busted up neo-Nazis. How 'bout THAT timing.

15. Art's Kicking Ass
I, too, think he should have been the one running...he stands up to these Repugnican hacks.

Drier doesn't look like a happy camper...having to defend sexual assault and Hitler isn't his specialty.
