Before the 2000 and 2004 elections, the CCCP (Corporate Controlled Conservative Press") told us how likeable* Bush is.

Now that it's too late, Dan Froomkin of the Washington Post writes, "Maybe it's Bush's sinking poll numbers -- he is, after all, undeniably an unpopular president now."
