NFL Today Dealing With Rush

Jim Nantz--No one in Phila gets a free pass. We are all guilty from time to time in ratcheting up rhetoric. Rush was being hired for his brand of commuentary. You don't touch race, religion, and politics. It went unchallenged for 48 hours. Where were all the people? Why did it take so long before the "PC Police came"?

Boomer Esiasion--Believes in freedom of speech, which leads to freedom of stupidity. Opinions not supported by fact. Reputation earned on the field. He earned the moniker of good QB regardless of race.

Deion--feels sorry for Rush. Rush doesn't know football. He will talk about race, religion, politics. Racism is about ignorance. He didn't understand when he crossed the line. What did ESPN expect? Rush did it for attention. Wrong attention.

Other person--no color in Football. Best players play. Controversy overrated.
