Arnold and his "pro-abortion" stance
Peter Jennings interviewed Arnold on "This Week" and asked Arnold if he was "pro-abortion." Pausing for a second Arnold said, "yes." NO, NO, NO, Arnold, it's PRO-CHOICE. As someone who has worked as counselor with women facing an unplanned or uncertain pregnancy, no one ever goes into this decision with "pro-abortion" stance. That's the reason it's called "pro-choice." Pro-choice means alternatives, not definitives. It amazes me how the right will spin this to be something that it most certainly isn't.

When a woman faces something as emotionally wrenching as an unplanned pregnancy, her decision of 'CHOICE" should be one that is made by HER ALONE and supported by those who are trained professionals to help her in such a turbulent time.

If Arnold is "pro-choice," then he needs to learn to define it in a way that makes it clear to those who are so quick to jump on this as the mortal sin.

Abortion always has and always will be an emotionally charged subject--on both sides--and I hate to feed any trolls who like to stir the pot, but when the term "pro-abortion" is so loosely thrown around, I think it is so important to set it straight.

This is one time Arnold could actually help, that is, if he is sincere.

1. The right is excellent at spinning shit
I am pro-choice. The right is not wholly pro-life, they are ANTI-choice. They don't want you to be able to choose an abortion. And I don't like it when they call themselves anti-abortion, because almost NO ONE is really pro-abortion. Most people just want a woman to have a choice, it's her body after all.

2. Yet Hannity and minions rally around him anyway
I'm sure if I ever went on Hannity's show - just for kicks, say he let me get a word in edgewise - and I said I was pro-choice, I'd be called a baby killer and worse.

But if you're the star of a GOP coup in the largest state in the union, it's okay, because being pro-choice plays well to the electorate there. They're so transparent - it's not about values, it's about stealing power. The bastards.

3. Um, considering his record of molestation and his high libido

his position may actually be closer to pro-abortion than pro-choice. Are you following me here?

The Republican mind works in strange ways.
