Subliminal ABC Messaging? "Chief Justice John Roberts" on their website.

I have been irritated from watching the obvious push to imply John Roberts is already Chief Justice by so many in Corporate News world.

And then I came across this.

I.kid.you.not.

2. who is their editor?
Calling him chief justice and leaving out the word "he" are just two obvious errors. This paragraph makes no sense without at least two commas or some quotation marks: "Democrats who argued with Roberts a couple of times Tuesday but mostly moved on after he refused to answer their questions are just wasting their time trying to make Roberts commit himself to positions on divisive court cases, said Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah."

Some editor or proofer is doing a poor job.

5. Please give me a break. It was intentional, just like everything else.
