List the Major Failures of the Bush Administration to date --->>>

I'm starting to lose track, there are so many. I guess I'd start with:

Failed to take any action in response to the August 2001 Presidential Daily Brief entitled “Bin Laden Determined to Strike in U.S.”

15. He forgot a few.
Tax cuts and apologizing to the Chinese for our spy plane crashing in their country. Also, giving the Taliban millions of dollars right before 9/11. Being on vacation for over 40% of his presidency. I'm sure there are a whole slew of others.

3. The Daily Show did a list of Bush Administration Disasters
Some of it was a joke, or just to fill space, but it was designed because, "As you know, presidential scandals are named alphabetically".

4. That would take a triple roll of toilet paper wouldn't it?
After going to Afghanistan to get Bin Laden, neither got him nor completed the mission. Instead Afg. is back in the hands of the warlords.

10. this excerpt from the Kerry press release lists a few:
<snip>

Katrina is a symbol of all this administration does and doesn't do. Michael Brown -- or Brownie as the President so famously thanked him for doing a heck of a job - Brownie is to Katrina what Paul Bremer is to peace in Iraq; what George Tenet is to slam dunk intelligence; what Paul Wolfowitz is to parades paved with flowers in Baghdad; what Dick Cheney is to visionary energy policy; what Donald Rumsfeld is to basic war planning; what Tom Delay is to ethics; and what George Bush is to “Mission Accomplished” and "Wanted Dead or Alive." The bottom line is simple: The "we'll do whatever it takes" administration doesn't have what it takes to get the job done.

This is the Katrina administration.

<end snip>

16. I think it reads well. (meant as a speech, for tonight, iirc.)
Try it out loud, with the "punch line" The Katrina Administration.
Seems to work.

11. The deficit
That's the big one for me. It's particularly annoying especially when conservatives start harping on about the Clinton administration, always conveniently leaving out the fact he left us with a record SURPLUS that not only was squandered with shocking speed but sent into record breaking deficit territory for good measure. And some Republocrats actually claim the federal deficit has nothing to do with the day to day reality of the economy.....even as our cities cry out that they don't have the funds for infrastructure improvements (NOLA anyone?) or schools or health care. Sickening.
