Watching the conference live on the WWL stream... Nagin just said that buses will be available for this evacuation, but he later added that he doesn't think mass transit is as much a deal this time around because the only people in the sections of NOLA who've been allowed back have arrived their via their own methods of transportation. Nonetheless, buses are there.
