As if any president would ever come out and say, "Nope, that's it. Game over in the Delta. We're just gonna give it back to nature."

But Bushy says it as if he's saying something.

And they're using the same contractors in New Orleans that screwed up things in Iraq. Brilliant! Suspension of federal prevailing wage laws (Randi keeps calling it "minimum" wage -- she'll get it right).
