The Chimp did it again!
Said "there is progress being made in this part of the world"..... referring, of course, to New Orleans.

Guess the Chimp still doesnt realize it is in the USA!

2. He is a complete and total embarassment...
When historians write about the downfall of the American empire under Bush, that will be one of the quotes they use.

Hey, don't get me wrong. In my house I have several of them former slaves working, heck, even Condi and Colleen - what WAS his name? - Colon? Calynne? Colin? never mind, even they were sun-tanned.

And hey, i have flown EARLY FROM VACATION to see them, and you know how I hate international trips.

10. I'm so glad I wasn't imagining things!!
On that infamous Friday after Katrina hit, he referred to New Orleans and the Gulf Coast at least TWICE as "folks in this part of the world".

Couldn't believe he was using his Iraq canned yak to get him through this whole thing.

And there he goes again.......

Unbelievable.

11. Chertoff probably confused the Chimp when he called Louisiana a city
Now Bush probably thinks New Orleans is something else, maybe a Caribbean nation.

17. It's because of his huge, outrageous ego - he really thinks that he is
the President of the World, not just the USA. Although, the USA part is highly, highly debatable also.
