I am glad the article atleast addresses the topic of weather manipulation, which environmentalists have been discussing for some time. We all need to be more informed with what programs especially military and space programs our tax dollars are being used for.

If we are going to take a look at weather manipulation, our US program HAARP has been known for years to have the capacity to heat up the ionosphere and change the pressures as long as anyone else or any other country, if not longer.

C'mon, the guy actually says that the fact the names are so Russian ("Ivan," "Katrina") makes his theory more plausible -- give me a break. He is totally nuts, imho, and so are the AP and USA Today for giving it ink. But I don't understand what's so threatening about it to you? That some people may believe it's true?
