Holy Christ! Did Bush just declare a "War On Hurricanes"?
He was talking about the Katrina victims and the next thing I know he is talking about evil men and 3000 people dying on 9/11. Whats going on? Did I miss something in between? Is Bush losing it live on cable?
I think the people are growing weary of it and the news sees that and so if they want to keep their viewers and raitings and everything they have to follow that some. What I think anyways.

He is way off base. Karl needs to tell him that every time he ealks about 9/11 now, it just reminds us of just HOW unprepared he was and is for something even minor at this point.
I heard it the same way--why does he put us all through this demonic B.S.? I also heard him say that the Federal gov't would do its part but there's state and local responsibility too! I guess the local and state part would be those tasks Halliburton et.al. won't reap huge profits from doing. Did you hear the applause? Are these people living here in the US or is the applause canned? Don't answer that--it's just a pipe dream. :sad:
Even the Insane do very rational things. They just do them for very crazy reasons. If Aliens really are trying to steal your thoughts. Lining your hat with tin foil is a very rational thing to do. But Bush does crazy things for crazy reasons. He's not insane. He is the embodiment of Chaos.
21. It pretty much happened like I wrote in the OP
He was talking about helping the victims of Katrina and in the same sentence and in the same breath he began talking about evil men killing 3000 people on 9/11. The cable stations all gave him the hook then.
19. They yanked him yapping it up right after Katrina as well when
he once again seemed intent on comparing his war on Terror to the horrors of what those in the devasted area were experiencing, I assume they just cannot take anymore of his simple mindedness.
