Question about a Mike Malloy caller

He's talking to someone right now. The guy said that Greg Palast's article about the Arnold/Enron connection "is having an impact here".

Is the caller from California?

but I think he's a regular, maybe a "bureau chief". He's seems really comfortable on the air.
