Take it with a grain of salt...but just think of the consequences for us all if this madman is drinking again.

1. Again?
Whatever...the man has been drinking the entire time he has been in office.

Slurred speech...holding onto the podium...gin blossom face.

Come on....the man is a drunk.

2. I refuse
to believe anything that rag publishes. The article makes it sound like their reporter was right there when ole' GW downed his shot and Laura yelled at him. Now how the hell would they know that?

So I'll wait for another source before worrying about it. If it is true, I'd think it will get out.

3. And the National Enquirer is less reliable to the NYT and WP
in which way?

Honestly, they have just as much if not more cred than those pubs do these days.

5. Well, I'll join you
in that assertion. I guess I'll be waiting a long time before I trust the source, huh?

19. Prolly, "Can I have one, too? Is that a lude? "
No, this guy is so self-abosrbed, that he probably doesn't even realize things that occur around him. Remember, god talks to him.

13. I hope it's true. It might actually serve to wake him up to reality.
Bush starts drinking again. How soon after that is it before he abandons his born-again Xtian posture, the posture that feeds his self-righteous, mission-from-god persona? Hell, I'd feel a whole lot better knowing that * was seeking help from his birth father than the non-existent god in the sky, because Poppy just might be asking guys like Clinton for advice on how to rescue his illegit spawn from the gates of political hell.

17. I'm starting to wish that I had blacked out, sometime in late 2000
Then I wouldn't have had to see everything he's messed up since then.
