damnit, wish i could go to the big rally tomorrow, wish i could run for president and straighten this fuckin' mess out personally, i know i could do it too, so could any of us.

wish i could get through to the republicans and the blind bush supporters, wish i could get through to bush himself, the bastard. wish i could bring the founding fathers back from the dead, and get drunk with them too.

wish i could end this stupid fucking war, wish i could write a protest song that would change the world, wish i could stop a hurricane and dry out new orleans and ease the pain there, but i can't.

wish i could bring jesus back too and he and i could raise holy hell in d.c. and kick some ass. wish i could unite our nation and end this ridiculous polarization, wish i could make bush meet with cindy and feel her pain, the asshole deserter.

wish i could buy you all a nice cold one, and light up a big fat one, wish i had my nation back, and my sanity and peace of mind, but no, we have a bush in the white house. wish i had a giant can of raid to rid us of that giant cockroach cheney.

wish i could paint a masterpiece like picasso's guernica to make people think about the horror of war, and wish i could bring back the 3000 from 9/11, the 2000 dead soldiers, and the hundreds of thousands of innocents in iraq. wish i could make whole the 15,000 crippled soldiers too, and i wish there really were a hell for fuckers like bush.

These are world-class thieves and criminals. Nothing redeemable, nothing worthwhile. Rolling in wealth and yet bankrupt in every way, they are never happy, never satisfied. Their every waking thought is focused on how to take from others and feed their cravings. You can't get through to people like this. They have no feelings. Their hearts are black. Many of them will die without a glimmer of repentance. Give up on them.

We are going to build the world we want and leave these depraved and insane monsters stewing in their own little hells, like in a Bruegel painting. Don't despair mopaul--we have only just begun to fight.
