2. She's great from what I've seen so far

Didn;t see the first part, but she is very articulate about the fundamental flaw in our policy. It's a civilization that is thousands of years old, and there is no way we can change that by invading.

Also saying there are ways we can support Iraq without being a military presence.

5. I told my husband she was high on lies, the way she lolled her head

around and spoke in that faux soft voice. I say faux because when one one caller called W "Mr. Bush", she pursed her lips, her face became like stone and I think we saw her true colors.

It was like the fascist Bush junta brainwashed all the talking points into her head. It was sad. The lies she spewed also pissed me off, because they were lies, but then I felt guilty because you're not suppose to be pissed and tempted to shout "That's a fucking lie" at a mom who lost her son.

Which I guess is what the propaganda psychops people wanted. And that pisses me off too, that they would play this angle.

What she should tell people who say we are demoralizing the troops by dissenting against the war. He said "Mom, it's not you protestors that are demoralizing the troops, it's the government who are demoralizing us. Every time I go back, it's worse. Having us over there is just throwing fuel on the fire."
