10. Anybody who had faith in a news network
deserves to be deserted.

Put not your faith in princes nor in newscasters, but in the internet perveyor of all truth.

one of CNN's 'political analysts' is reporting live from Arnie's campaign headquarters.

Nifty.

I'm guessing that Wolf will be reporting live from inside Arnie's intestines.

...all the commercials and sound clips are, "Californians are preparing to choose their next governor," etc. It's so frustrating!

Ahnold is entertainment.

Who gives a shit whether he can govern?

16. a nation of slaves?!?!
I'm grateful the real Tom Paine felt better aboutt he people he represented. No wonder leftist friends of mine never go to DU becasue they can handle the pessimism here. You know, there are very progressive Democrats who manage to be true to their beliefs without denegrating the American people on the whole.

15. I wonder if they are looking at early exit polls and
it shows a trend unfavorable to dems, but heck in California it is only 1:30 still 6.5 hours until polls close. Still I noticed CNN doing this too and it is no wonder that they are in the trouble they are in ratings wise.

17. You bet they are looking at exit polls.
They all deny it and say "we're going to wait until the votes are counted" but when it comes down to the wire they all want to be first. It's all about ratings and money and it makes me furious.

18. since Ted Turner sold CNN, its nothing but Repug whoring 24/7
CNN is nothing but a Repug mouthpiece now.
The CNN rt-wing propaganda is sickening.

CNN whores for the PNAC cabal fulltime.
CNN doesnt even try to hide their complete Bush bias.

Its must be what watching the Soviet Union's propaganda crap
24hrs a day does -- nobody even believes their crappy CNN
propaganda news anymore.

so why bother to watch the CNN whores.

19. The U.S. news media is only interested in "info-tainment."
If Arnold loses, (which I don't believe he will,) it won't be because they failed to deliver the proper marketing hype for the GOP's product.

20. CNN is trying to out-Fox Fox.
As soon as Fox started to threaten CNN in the ratings, CNN tried to appease more conservatives by trying to be more like Fox. It did not work. All CNN did was alienate their long time viewers, while conservatives just snickered and kept on watching FOX.

Let this be a lesson to DLC Democrats and other "conservative" Democrats who think that the way to win elections is by trying to appease the enemy.
