4. I saw all the roof tops in the flood. I didn't realize that the water
had also destroyed so much at the same time. And now they're flooded again. What a shame.

I noticed on a map someone had that LA has tons of oil wells off it's costs. I guess states don't get a percentage of their natural wealth. Something is very wrong in this country.
