3. Send it to The Daily Show
Been waiting for this juxtaposition. Great shots!

Our little demonstration in Ventura, CA had about 300 people (legitimately counted on the march) and that's how I know that the Pro-War people in DC could NOT have had that many by a long shot!

There are so many "caring" individuals (Lib-ur-als) in America. Actually, 'round the entire globe.

Good panorama viewpoint!

5. It really does
They resort to slurs like "well, we have to work. We have jobs." That's about the last thing they can fall back on too, regardless of the fact its not true.

I love it when their heads explode.

Like that's a bad thing. Jealousy rears it's ugly head.

Examples of the benefits of less "guns" and more "butter":

From Norman Long's Informational Society site (see links)
After World War II, the Americans built a digital computer using vacuum tubes for military ballistic studies. Like many post WWII technologies, computers were originally created for military purposes; however, the real advances did not materialize until they were applied to business problems thereby creating a large demand, which promoted advances through economic competition

I'm still confused.

30. Maybe it's a liberal infiltrator.
Freepers are so stupid, they probably never even thought to question the sign.

I know there were definitely liberal infiltrators. For example, in the photo in my OP, the woman holding the sheet to read it is my cousin the uber-liberal. She found a signature that said something like, "I was a life-long Republican and my father is buried in Arlington, but I oppose this war." and he signed his name. So I'll bet there were quite a few infiltrators in there being subversive in little ways.

Which is sad, really, because that would mean that we're counting infiltrators in our estimates, which mean even less people were there for the freeper rally.

I'll pm you a little later to organize our DC photo smack down. :hi:

For people who proclaim the loudest to be the most patriotic they really descreted that flag.

29. I'm not sure, but maybe this?
While I was taking photos of the anti-war protesters who were protesting the freeper fair, suddenly the freeps let out a huge cheer. I thought it was just because military 'copters were flying over, so I took this shot. Later I learned it was Bushit flying home.

Anyway, note the flag. It's written all over. I'll bet that's what people mean by flag desecration.

24. Us, and them
And after all we’re only ordinary men.
Me, and you.
God only knows it’s noz what we would choose to do.
Forward he cried from the rear
And the front rank died.
And the general sat and the lines on the map
Moved from side to side.
Black and blue
And who knows which is which and who is who.
Up and down.
But in the end it’s only round and round.
Haven’t you heard it’s a battle of words
The poster bearer cried.
Listen son, said the man with the gun
There’s room for you inside.

I mean, they’re not gunna kill ya, so if you give ’em a quick short,
Sharp, shock, they won’t do it again. dig it? I mean he get off
Lightly, ’cos I would’ve given him a thrashing - I only hit him once!
It was only a difference of opinion, but really...i mean good manners
Don’t cost nothing do they, eh?

Down and out
It can’t be helped but there’s a lot of it about.
With, without.
And who’ll deny it’s what the fighting’s all about?
Out of the way, it’s a busy day
I’ve got things on my mind.
For the want of the price of tea and a slice
The old man died.

You are the only person that I met that I knew was a DUer.
http:jarnocan.blogspot.com I posted some photos will add a few more from Sunday and Monday.
I wish I had NOT been so tired Sunday and heard Cornell West speak at the Interfaith service or made it intime to see him at the whitehouse Monday before he got arrested.
If anyone has a picture let me know. I also just missed Cindy twice on Saturday, but I met so many wonderful people.
