Former FEMA Dir. Michael Brown testifies at a House Select Bi- partisan Cmte. hearing on pre- parations for Hurricane Katrina. Brown, the first Under Sec. of Emergency Preparedness and Response serving in the Dept. of Homeland Security, resigned on Sept. 12 following criticism of FEMA's response to the storm.

I think it's a mistake. Being spoiled brats really don't help us very much. Apparently, some Democrats plan to show up anyway.
