For my 1000th Post---What I'm learning from Brownie
He was given "time off" with his resignation to be coached on how to respond to this investigation. I can't help but feel Harold Rogers, (R)-Kentucky, was doing the majority of coaching.

The entire exchange had nothing to do with but laying blame at the feet of the local government. No questions asked at all about FEMA's faults which are just as glaring as the state and local officials.
