1. It had some cheesy stuff, but I still liked it
Loved Speaker Templeton. Great villain.

Best scene was when the young daughter spilled the drink on Allen. That and the big confrontational scene between Templeton and Allen. I love Donald Sutherland.

8. Good. Needs better writing and characters
I loved the premise and the two main characters--Davis and Southerland. I thought it predictable, not very dramatic, and the writing was bland at points. But I think Davis and Southerland, and the Chief of Staff, are intriguing. Also, though he had very little role, I thought the son was good. Hubbie was a bit annoying, as were a lot of the peripheral characters.

I'll watch it again, though. Could work. Just needs more imaginative scripts. They are writing about the seat of government, and I felt like the plot could have been over who ran the local civic association--well, if the local civic association had an aircraft carrier.

10. I'm hooked
I would probably like anything starring Geena Davis but I was sold before the first commercial break.

When the teleprompter crapped out I had a Bill Clinton flashback. I will continue to watch this one.

11. Continually ripped on the Clintons... didnt mention anything of the...
secret pile of booze bottles in every closet from smirk, or the rusty robot in the basement that used to be laura.

12. Actually, I think it was kind of a dig at the freeptards
Bill and Hil are the two most hated people on the right, and the way the character who kept referencing Hil I thought was funny. I'd take that whole bit with a grain of salt. After all, the prez who died in the show, plus a lot of the peripheral characters resemble Bushbots. So maybe the writers are aiming at taking some whacks at them.

I loved the show!

14. It was a backhanded way of slapping down the repukes who...
continued to go after the Clinton's.

While I didn't mind it, I don't want to see too much of it.
