Directv responded back to me on picking up AAR--"undecided at this time"
Dear Mr. "TrueAmerican",

Thanks for writing. We have reached an agreement with XM Satellite Radio that will allow us to provide DIRECTV customers with up to 72 channels of XM's music, children’s and talk programming. The new XM service will begin on November 15, 2005 in the 800 channels currently used by Music Choice. DIRECTV has ended it's contract with Music Choice, but will continue to air their programming until XM Satellite Radio starts.

Full details of the XM channel lineup are still being determined, so please stay tuned to DIRECTV.com for the latest information about this exciting new programming.

Sincerely,

Sharon

1. Murdock that SOB
Edited on Sat Oct-01-05 07:41 PM by StClone
I quit DirecTV after six years when that SOB got controlling interest. Dishnet has been great but they mislead me into believing DNet would have AAR. It didn't I was stuck with SIRIUS too without AAR! A lot of money for nothing. I will not return to DirecTV unless Rupert divests.
