9. They're not POSITIVE there's a planned
OPERATION (aka Project X). They're just assuming there is a planned democratic response to the Republican's OPERATION INCOMPETENCY REIGNS.

Fortunately for us, the democratic leadership have been VERY successful at dissembling and giving no impression of any type of a coherent, organized opposition. This, in turn, has left the Repub. with no concrete proof of a counter plan. Instead, they are left with no more than conspiracy theories.

My personal analysis is that while Project X has remained under Repub. radar and successfully covert, it has also led to the complete success of the Republican OPERATION INCOMPETENCY REIGNS.

But, that's just my opinion.
