Please fast this Thursday

I don't know how many of you've heard of this yet, but this Thursday, October 6, is going to be a national fast to bring awareness to, and raise money for the genocide in Darfur.

Officially, you're supposed to give up food (or a luxury if you cannot) and donate the money you would have spent.

We're also holding a candlelight vigil on my campus that evening, but I don't know if they are anywhere else.
