Who are the people that bring us cable news?
I am not talking about the owners so much as the day to day editors and writers. Watching cable news in America today, one cannot help but be bowled over by the almost identical story selection at each of the big three. What are the odds that all three stations would pimp the VERY SAME non-stories at almost exactly the same time throughout the day?

Also, where are all the "insider" books about the cable news organizations? Surely, there are left leaning folks in these companies that see the daily manipulation of the news.

1. Can you say
Time-Warner, who has been or is in the process of being bought out by Turner Broad-casting.
In other words the same place all of it.

Please stop watching that shit. Next time you have a bowel movement leave it in the bowl and when you get the urge to watch Cable news go into the bathroom and watch shit. Same thing !

3. It's not 'manipulation'
It's simply how news flows and how editors perceive news value. As a veteran of the business, I'm surprised when a news outlet varies much from what the others are reporting.

Check out Newseum's Today's Front Pages sometime. You'll see pretty much the same lead stories every day in all the major dailies.
