What would be involved in a recall drive for Bush?
It's not something that current DNC politicians would support, IMO. But I wonder if it's something that grass roots organizations could mobilize to accomplish.

What's actually involved?

2. Not possible -- not in the Constitution.
The only way to remove a president is by impeachment and conviction.

5. Didn't stop them from impeaching Clinton on non-removable offenses.

4. Don't ask, just do it.
If you plan it, it will never happen. Just grab a pad and a pen and a website and go sit outside your local grocery store, and see what happens.

6. No Federal Recall
There was a move to recall Diane Feinstein in Cali, shortly after she was elected. Cali was redder then. . . .

The RW Orange County types were crushed to find out that the recall is a state constitution thing. The federal constitution sets the ONLY requirements for federal offices, including both houses of Congress and the Presidency.

Didn't keep 'em from trying, though. It took a federal appeals court decision to stop 'em. USSC denied review.

7. It'll take 2/3 in both the house and senate, right? Think 06 mid-terms.
