Bartos said Miers told her she was "pro-choice in her youth" but underwent "a born-again, profound experience" that caused her to oppose abortion.

6. I was watching yesterday as Bush announced
his nomination of Harriet and she stood beside him and batted her eye lashes and looked plumb silly! She reminded me of one of the seven drafs but I can't remember which one it was.

8. Wow, this was a popular one!
I was just looking through my site stats. Already nearly double an entire day's normal traffic, and it's only been posted for a few hours. Salon's 'toon section has it, and I've been visited by half a dozen government agencies already, from the VA to the CDC! Yikes.

Thanks for checking it out. I'll be out watching for black helicopters!

And if you haven't already, please vote for my site here. I make virtually no money off these 'toons, so this vote things gives me some free advertising, so hopefully someone will pick up a t-shirt or bumper sticker while they're visiting. THANKS!
