The SUPREME COURT is not the place for ON THE JOB TRAINING
That's what I hope to hear from dems.

The idea that this bit of fluff who has never served as a judge in any capacity and has no track record to review is the BEST PERSON for the JOB is outrageous.

And yes, I know the nominee need not have served as a judge.

1. We have already experienced the phenomenon with the
Presidency. Granted, an inability to learn and a devious nature with a radical agenda compounded the problems but your point is valid even in the best of circumctances.

And the fact that Bush vouches for her abilities and suitability is an argument against confirmation.

This choice is an attempt to pack the court to bail out the Neocon agenda when it needs to override the decision of lower courts as its various misdealings and illegal efforts come to light.

3. Hey, it's the "CEO" methodology
Weren't these boobs touting the lie that they were gonna run the White House like a corporation?

No news to report here. They sent in the big guns to get the deal, now they got the deal, and now they can send in the newbies to puzzle through the actual work and learn on the job!

4. It appears that Bush
just thinks, "Ah, well; I had on the job training as a president; let's allow someone else to have the joy, too."

Asshats.
