Let me just start by saying ... :grr: :grr: :grr:
Those assholes do not listen. Am I surprised? No. Anyone as ignorant as those who would take jobs with this "company" must being missing a few brain cells. Not sure who I'm talking about? Check out this website:

They cold call your house, asking you if you support same-sex marriages. The initial recording that you listen to (before you decide whether or not you want to press "one" and talk to someone live) is from a "concerned mother of three" and family values supporter who believes same sex marriages should be banned.
The first time they called me was a few weeks ago and I was so angry I pressed one. I asked the fool what his name was and where he was located (Oklahoma). I then told him that I was on the national and state do-not-call lists. He said that since he was non-profit (National Association Against Same Sex Marriages) that they didn't have to go by those lists. I said, "So you can just call anyone and spout that bigoted shit?" He said, "I guess so." I said, "Well, you better take me off of your list" and being generous told him the next call would be reported to the Kansas State Attorney General's office.
Well, tonight my husband answered the phone and half-assed listened to a recording. He heard "ACLU" and believed the call was in support of same-sex marriages. He handed me the phone, jokingly saying, "Don't donate too much money." When I got on the phone the ass on the other side said, "Are you against same sex marriages?" I said, "no" and he said "Thank you" and promptly hung up. Calling the number back I got a recording for United American Technologies. I left them a nasty message about the phone call and told them I'd be calling the attorney general in the morning (which I am going to do). When I got off the phone my husband told me about the recording he heard, which was the same as the recording I had heard a few weeks ago. We went online and did some research, discovering that this company is a "Christian" based company - I still don't know when "hate" became an accepted Christian value, but I live in KS and see it more than I ever have.
I'm so pissed off. This company apparently gets private groups to make these phone calls and then refer business to them, or something of the sort. I wish there was something that could be done to keep these bigots from calling!!
Here's another link from a comedian who began recording his conversations with this company, who just kept calling him. They're pretty scary - how they blame other phone companies for their "support" of child pornography and *gasp* sensitivity to same sex relations.
