Interrupting our regular focus on Pre$$titution, we want to let readers know that rumors are flying around D.C. that over a dozen indictments may be coming in the Plame case.

We caution that we are reporting a RUMOR. Nothing more. And this may be absolutely false. Still there is definitely chatter in Washington circles....

In other words, I'm reporting what "people are saying."

it just seems too good to be true, and I wondered what the word on the street would be other places. I really hope this is true, rumors have a tendency to have started with the truth.

Breaking: Plame Case

You heard it here first - rumor has it that 22 separate indictments will be handed down tomorrow in the Plame case. Normally I don't put much stock in rumors like this but when it's specific enough to include an exact number, I start believing...

I just finished reading this blog, I hope they know what they are talking about.

Talk about a homerun, that would be out of the ballpark (and the parking lot too!)

Remember that the Neocons are are sleazy operators and they play dirty and will stop at nothing to protect themselves and their power. So, if there is actual evidence coming down the track, they will do whatever they can to weasel their way out. Personally, I hope that if Fitzgerald does have the goods, he is well hidden somewhere and protected by armed guards.

Prosecutors prefer pre-indictment plea bargaining to post-indictment because they have more to offer you, like not being indicted at all or downgrading your status to unindicted co-conspirator.
