How's FR handling the 22 Indictments Rumor this evening?

I don't know anything about the blog, other than the fact it has been plastered all over DU for the last day. (I've never read their stuff before yesterday.)

One of the others is Radar? Magazine? Don't even know if I'm getting the name right, because I can't find the link. It was Radar-something.

after taking a shower, I must say that Freepers still think this investigation is just about the Intelligence Identities Protection Act. They seem not to know that ANYONE sharing classified information that the receiver has no authority to receive---whether or not they, themselves were authorized to have it in the first place is a violation of the Espionage Act. Classified is Classified. Period.

That means indictments can be handed down, not only the original "leaker" of a name--but, on everyone who shared classified material. Which means, Novak, Miller, Cooper, Rove, Libby, Matalin, Rice, Rumsfeld, Bolton, Cheney, Powell, Bush, et al, can all be indicted if Fitzgerald knows who shared what with whom--not to mention that perjury before the grand jury is felonious as well.

God, how stupid can one freeper be?

Most are floating in a boat on a river in Egypt as we write. And the expression 'cloud cuckoo land' seems to fit the plane of existence for the others.

When it becomes fact the mode will shift to attack. They have to attack somebody, blame them, curse them and destroy them...it's all these Mushrooms know.

They're still debating whether or not Valerie Plame was a covert agent or not.

You can also add Miller and other DNC/MSM operatives who may have been contacted by Wilson/Plame and who may have received classified info and then lied about their contacts/phone calls, etc.
Rove said he first heard about Plame's status from a reporter, so maybe one or more reporters lied about what he or she said and/or who was talked to and when.

Why would Wilson and Plame be indicted?

Two possible examples:

Plame gave her uncleared husband access to the secret documents that he would later claim were forged. It was found out later that there was no way he could have seen them when he said he did -- unless his wife showed them to him.

Wilson was the one who on the DC cocktail circuit regularly talked about his wife being a covert CIA agent.

Why would Wilson and Plame be indicted?

Treason? Conspiracy to Undermine a sitting president in a time of war with false information? What I do know is that this SOB Wilson put out wrong and false information that he knew about before the administration in an obvious attempt to undermine the the USA in a time of war. I don't know if it meets the legal standards of treason but in my view it should. I think of him , The Democrats, and the MSM as solidly anti American and has become so treasonous on daily basis that it is no longer thought of as serious charge. This piece of scum along with his incompetent wife has done enormous harm to America. They should go down hard. ...Add Wilson my "I'd like to punch him right in mouth" list.
