Anyone got a link to the MISSISSIPPI Governor's State of Emergency
declaration for Katrina? How about Alabama?

I found the FEMA press releases regarding MS & AL: http://www.fema.gov/news/newsrelease.fema?id=18460
http://www.fema.gov/news/newsrelease.fema?id=18462

(Made a day later than the LA press release, I might add:
http://www.fema.gov/news/newsrelease.fema?id=18447)

Also found the AL Gov's press release, but not the actual document.

With so much focus being put on the LA Gov's actions, I'm just curious about how MS & AL compared in their actions.
