He just said Usama bin Laden never goes along for the ride. Clearly, he isn't a suicide bomber. But I'm not sure George wants to compare combat history with Usama. One skipped out of the National Guard, the other fought in Afghanistan.

28. He's trying to triangulate his "holy war" with Reagan's anticommunism.
The speech is at the Reagan center, and he has invoked Reagan's name in this speech at least three or four times.
