I thought it was on this evening. I suppose he's "not ready for prime time."

20. I did. They were kind of robotic/perfunctory in their applause.
When he would pause, obviously expecting applause, they gave it to him, but at least once I saw them stop and it seemed like it was all at once. It made me look for somebody holding up applause/stop applause cue signs...

On most pauses I heard a single person applauding, then everyone. All would stop at once. Sounded to me like the audience didn't know what to applaud, so they were following someone elses lead.

So, if Rove is pre-indictment kryptonite, and Karen Hughes is overseas, who is currently Bush's cheerleader?

13. All the segs look good after Fox "anchor" voices how GOOD it is!
Expect a balanced panel containing both conservatives AND republicans to voice unanimous opinions on how Bush got his Swagger, Strength and Resolve back.

15. I thought it was on tonight, also.
The way that it was being heralded as some major ground-breaking speech with specifics and info that hadn't been given before (according to Scotty), I thought it was going to be more than this, which was just more of the same. Something must be coming up, or maybe he just wants to get out of town early to start the long holiday weekend.
